- Minimum height of 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females
- Physical and mental fitness
- A letter of identification from Local Government of Origin

- Three years’ APER/PMS documents
- Certified True Copy of Record of Service
- Clean criminal and financial status
- Medical fitness certificate from a government-approved hospital
The Board further clarified that personnel of other paramilitary services are not eligible to apply for these jobs.
