Kwali and Bwari Area Council Chairmen Emerge Winners in Peaceful APC Primaries Held in the FCT on 16th May
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has concluded its FCT House of Representatives primaries for Abuja South and Abuja North federal constituencies held on 16th May in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), producing Hon. Danladi Chiya and Hon. John S. Gabaya as winners.
In Abuja South, the Executive Chairman of Kwali Area Council, Hon. Danladi Chiya, emerged victorious after a keenly contested primary election. His emergence was greeted with support from party stakeholders who described his victory as a reflection of strong grassroots backing and effective leadership at the local government level.
In Abuja North, the Executive Chairman of Bwari Area Council, Hon. John S. Gabaya, also secured victory in the APC primaries after polling the highest votes. His win was attributed to his experience in governance and his strong political presence within the constituency.
