Barr. BBB leads delegation to Niger community, donates support to bereaved families and calls for collective security responsibility

Barrister Bello Bawa Bwari has paid a heartfelt condolence visit to Erena in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State, following a recent banditry attack that left several residents dead and the community in mourning.

The visit, which held in Erenaโ€”his maternal hometownโ€”saw the legal practitioner accompanied by other notable sons of the community and concerned Nigerlites, all united in solidarity with the grieving residents.

Addressing members of the community, Barrister Bwari expressed deep sympathy over the tragic loss of lives, describing the incident as painful and unfortunate. He commended security operatives for their bravery and sacrifice in the face of ongoing threats, urging them to remain resolute in their duty to protect lives and property.

As part of his engagement, he paid homage to the Palace of the Hakimi of Erena, where he emphasized the importance of unity and discipline among youths. He stressed that ensuring security is not the responsibility of government alone but requires the active participation of every member of the community.

Barrister Bwari also visited families directly affected by the attack, offering words of comfort and encouragement. He urged them to see the tragedy as a test of faith and prayed for strength and healing in their time of grief.

In a show of compassion and support, he donated a substantial sum of money to the bereaved families to help cushion the impact of their loss.
