The emergence of 2025 Miss Gbagyi/Gbari Nigeria
Abuja, Nigeria — December 2025.
The cultural pageantry space has welcomed a fresh wave of inspiration and representation as Victoria Nyaga Paul emerges winner of the Miss Gbagyi/Gbari Nigeria 2025 cultural queen pageant.
Victoria, who hails from Karu in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja, is a fashion designer and an HND holder in Banking and Finance. She now takes on the role of cultural ambassador for the Gbagyi/Gbari people, a tribe celebrated for its rich history, art, values, and heritage spread across the FCT and parts of Niger, Kaduna, and Nasarawa states.
A Queen With Purpose and Vision
Known for her confidence and compassion, Victoria believes in living a life driven by intentionality and humanity. She describes beauty as more than outward appearance — a blend of strength, empathy, and visible impact. And she’s to reign for the next 2 years.

In her words:
“I believe in living with purpose and intention—using every opportunity to uplift others, embrace humanity, and leave a positive mark wherever I go. I see beauty not just as appearance but as compassion, strength, and the courage to inspire others through my actions and values.”
Why She Contested
Victoria explained that her decision to participate in the pageant was motivated by her love for culture and service to humanity.
“I decided to contest because I am a lover of my culture and humanity. I want to use this platform to celebrate my identity, promote humanity, and inspire young people, especially young women, to embrace their confidence, culture, and purpose.”
A Cultural Crown Beyond Beauty
The Miss Gbagyi/Gbari Nigeria pageant continues to stand out as a celebration of originality, identity, and community pride. With Victoria at the helm, many expect visible advocacy programmes geared towards youth mentorship, cultural education, women empowerment, and community development.
Her emergence reinforces the growing role of cultural pageants as platforms for expression, leadership, and social impact — especially among young Nigerian women.
