
Jos, Plateau State — President Bola Ahmed Tinubu paid his respects on Saturday at the funeral of Mama Lydia Yilwatda, the late mother of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda.

The solemn ceremony, held in Jos, drew political leaders, senior government officials, religious figures, and members of the Plateau community who came together to celebrate the life of the late matriarch — a woman remembered for her faith, humility, and service to humanity.

President Tinubu’s presence at the funeral underscores his deep respect and solidarity with the APC National Chairman and his family during their period of mourning.
