The newly appointed heads of agencies are:
- Hon. Barr. Aminu Junaidu: (Zamfara State) has been appointed as Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer of the Investment and Security Tribunal
- Bello Bawa Bwari (Niger State) – appointed as the Director-General of the National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA) for an initial term of four years, effective September 18, 2025, in line with the provisions of the NBMA Act, 2015.
- Olayiwola Awakan : Olayiwola Nurudeen Awakan as Director-General of the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation
