President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday swore in Dr. Bernard Mohammed Doroh from Plateau State and Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN) from Enugu State as new members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja, during the Federal Executive Council meeting.
Profiles of the New Ministers
Dr. Bernard Mohammed Doroh, who replaces Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda—recently elected as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC)—was confirmed by the Senate earlier this week.
Dr. Doroh’s impressive academic background includes:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy – University of Jos
- LL.B (Law) – University College London (UCL)
- MBA (Information Technology & Business Strategy) – University of Leicester
- MSc (Advanced Clinical Practice) – Anglia Ruskin University
- Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and MPhil in Leadership and Management at the Catholic University of Murcia, Spain
He also served as Financial Secretary of the APC, United Kingdom Chapter, reflecting a blend of professional and political experience.
Dr. Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN), a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Enugu State, takes over from Uche Nnaji, who resigned from the cabinet on October 7, 2025.

Dr. Udeh’s qualifications include:
- LL.B – University of Nigeria (2005)
- Nigerian Bar Admission – 2006
- LL.M (Public International Law) – University of Nottingham, UK
- Doctor of Laws (Public Law) – Stellenbosch University, South Africa
With extensive legal and academic experience, Dr. Udeh brings a strong foundation in governance, justice, and public policy.
