Stakeholders Laud Bello’s Support After Viral Family Reunion Video
Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has met with members of the FCT Stakeholders Assembly in what has been described as a “thank you visit,” following a viral video showing his role in reuniting an Abuja native family.
The delegation, made up of notable FCT stakeholders, visited Bello to express appreciation for his gesture in supporting and reuniting members of the family, a compassionate action that drew wide attention across social media platforms.
Speaking during the visit, Yahaya Bello expressed gratitude for the recognition and reiterated that helping people comes naturally to him, regardless of ethnicity, religion, or background.
“It is in my character to help. Tribe or religion does not matter. It is what I love doing,” he said.
The FCT Stakeholders Assembly praised Bello for demonstrating unity, empathy, and leadership, noting that his intervention had strengthened trust and inspired hope among residents of the Federal Capital Territory.
The meeting ended on a warm note, with both parties reaffirming their commitment to continued collaboration and peaceful coexistence.
