The Executive members of the Government Day Secondary School Bwari Set 2009 Alumni Association have officially honoured and endorsed Hon. Solomon Danjuma Garda, popularly known as MC Dariya, for the position of Chairman, Bwari Area Council ahead of the 2026 council elections.
In their statement, the alumni described MC Dariya as “a dogged, courageous and determined young man who continues to serve as a pathfinder for every ambitious young person in Nigeria.”
They expressed confidence that Dariya’s victory at the polls scheduled for February 21, 2026, will mark “a big win for Nigerian youths who believe in effective and result-driven leadership.”
The group further stated that “Dariya is an idea whose time has come,” emphasizing that his leadership will usher in a new era of youth empowerment and visionary governance in Bwari Area Council.
