Senator Philip Aduda donates modern e-wheelchairs, promoting independence, dignity, and hope for Queen Success Christopher and other beneficiaries.
Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda, CON, Minority Leader of the 9th National Assembly, has once again shown that leadership is measured by action. In a heartfelt gesture today, he donated modern e-wheelchairs to persons living with disabilities in Abuja, reinforcing his commitment to dignity, inclusion, and support for the less privileged.
The state-of-the-art e-wheelchairs operate independently, allowing users to move freely without assistance. For beneficiaries, this gift translates into greater confidence, autonomy, and the ability to navigate offices, public spaces, and daily life with ease.

What makes this donation particularly inspiring is Senator Aduda’s encounter with Queen Success Christopher, a beneficiary he had not met before. As he was returning from the Minister’s house, he noticed her struggling to move along the road. Moved by her situation, he invited her and presented her with an e-wheelchair, an act she described as life-changing.
Other beneficiaries included:
- Hon. Engr. Kaura Joseph Wakili, Chairman, JONAPWD FCT Chapter
- Alh. Abubakar Sharhu, Member
This act highlights a leader deeply invested in the welfare of vulnerable groups. Many have praised Senator Aduda for his empathy and for demonstrating how meaningful leadership can directly impact lives. Supporters are hopeful that his dedication to social causes will continue to inspire and drive positive change across Abuja and beyond.
