The appointments are aimed at strengthening governance, improving service delivery, and enhancing the administration’s effectiveness across key sectors in Bwari Area Council.
The Executive Chairman of Bwari Area Council, Hon. Joshua Ishaku Musa, has approved the assignment of portfolios to several Senior Special Advisers (SSAs) and Special Advisers (SAs), alongside the appointment of additional members of his personal staff.
The development, announced in a statement signed by the Chief of Staff, Tukura John Daniel, is part of efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery across the council.
The approved Senior Special Adviser (SSA) portfolios are:
- Henry Nwachukwu – Senior Special Adviser, Finance
- Abubakar Suleiman – Senior Special Adviser, Revenue
- Pius Yudah – Senior Special Adviser, Chieftaincy Affairs
- Peter Jagaba – Senior Special Adviser, Political Affairs
The approved Special Adviser (SA) portfolios are:
- David Gbalajobi – Special Adviser, Environment
- Jibrin Ango Danbaba – Special Adviser, Education
- Yusuf Abubakar – Special Adviser, Works
- Sa’ad Suleiman – Special Adviser, Agriculture
- Loritha Odunze – Special Adviser, Special Duties
- Joseph Jatau – Special Adviser, Health
The Executive Chairman also approved the appointment of the following personal staff:
- Solomon Danladi – Personal Assistant (Domestic)
- Dinatu Solomon Kurmi – Personal Assistant (Women Affairs)
- Samson Philip – Driver
- Danladi Sado – Driver
Congratulating the appointees, Hon. Joshua Ishaku Musa urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them by demonstrating diligence, integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to public service. He emphasized that the appointments are expected to strengthen his administration and accelerate the delivery of quality services to the people of Bwari Area Council.
The appointments take immediate effect.
