Popular Abuja entertainer Joshua Chukwuka Miti receives the prestigious recognition from FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Muhammed Sanusi.
Abuja-based comedian and entertainer, Joshua Chukwuka Miti, popularly known as MC Miti, has been honoured as a Police Youth Ambassador for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) by the FCT Police Command.
MC Miti, widely recognised as “Abuja Spontaneous MC and a brand ambassador,” received the recognition yesterday from the FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Muhammed Sanusi, in recognition of his influence and connection with young people in the nation’s capital.
The recognition highlights the growing importance of youth engagement in strengthening relationships between law enforcement agencies and young Nigerians, particularly through positive community interaction, responsible citizenship and constructive dialogue.
As an entertainer with a strong youth following, MC Miti is expected to leverage his platform to encourage peaceful coexistence, respect for the rule of law, responsible behaviour and positive engagement between young people and security agencies.
The recognition also aligns with efforts by the FCT Police Command to strengthen community relations and create meaningful channels of communication with youths across the Federal Capital Territory.
MC Miti’s appointment has been welcomed by his supporters and members of Abuja’s entertainment community, who view the honour as a recognition of his growing influence and public visibility.
