Former Miss Gbagyi Nigeria, Yohanna Salasi Susan, Set to Marry David Caleb
Former Miss Gbagyi Nigeria and the only beauty queen to serve two years under the Miss Gbagyi crown, Queen Yohanna Salasi Susan, is set to marry the love of her life, Mr. David Caleb.
The wedding ceremony, announced by their families, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at ECWA Church Piwoyi in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The church service is expected to begin at 9:00 a.m., with a reception immediately following at Piwoyi Football Field off Airport Road.

Queen Yohanna Salasi Susan, widely recognized within the Gbagyi cultural community for her impactful reign as Miss Gbagyi Nigeria, served for two years — making her the only queen to hold the title for such a duration. During her reign, she was known for promoting cultural heritage and representing the Gbagyi people at various public events.
Ahead of the wedding ceremony in Abuja, a send-forth prayer session will also be held on March 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at ECWA Church Gbaayi Quarter in Koton Karfe, Kogi State.

Family members, friends, and well-wishers from Abuja, Kogi State, and beyond are expected to attend the ceremony as the couple begins their journey into marriage. The colors of the day for the celebration have been announced as gold, coffee brown, beige, navy blue, and white.

The union is already drawing excitement among supporters and members of the Gbagyi community, many of whom have celebrated Queen Salasi Susan’s achievements and are looking forward to the upcoming wedding celebration.
