
The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has secured a 24-year jail sentence for Mr. Garuba Duku, a retired Director of Finance and Administration with the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (AMMC) under the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).
Duku was found guilty of embezzling ₦318 million belonging to the government, following a detailed investigation and prosecution by the ICPC. The judgment marks one of the agency’s significant victories in its ongoing campaign against corruption in public service
