President Bola Tinubu has officially appointed Daniel Bwala as the Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications for the State House. The announcement, delivered by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, was accompanied by additional appointments for three key positions.
The newly appointed Director-Generals are:
- Olawale Olopade: Director-General, National Sports Commission. Olopade is a seasoned sports administrator, previously serving as Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Ogun State and as Chairman of the Local Organising Committee of the 2024 National Sports Festival.
- Dr. Abisoye Fagade: Director-General, National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism. A professional in marketing communications, Fagade is also the founder and managing director of Sodium Brand Solutions.
- Dr. Adebowale Adedokun: Director-General, Bureau of Public Procurement. Prior to this role, Adedokun served as the Director of Research, Training, and Strategic Planning at the bureau.
President Tinubu urged all the newly appointed officials to execute their duties with dedication and a commitment to excellence in service to Nigeria.
