AUA Directs APC Supporters to Vote Chiya as Bayani Reaffirms Strong Ties with Abaji Ahead of 2027 House of Representatives Election
Hon. Danladi Chiya, popularly known as Bayani, the immediate past Chairman of Kwali Area Council and the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Abuja South Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives, has received a strong show of support from the APC leadership in Abaji Area Council ahead of the forthcoming elections.
Speaking during a meeting with the APC executive in Abaji, Chiya highlighted his longstanding friendship with the Executive Chairman of Abaji Area Council, Hon. AUA, stressing that their relationship remains strong and cordial.
According to him, there is no better person to champion his campaign in Abaji than his friend, the Executive Chairman, expressing confidence in his support and commitment to the APC’s success.
The Abaji APC Chairman, speaking on behalf of the party executive and the Executive Chairman, disclosed that Hon. AUA had directed all APC members and supporters in Abaji to support the party’s candidates, including Hon. Danladi Chiya for the Abuja South House of Representatives seat.
The party chairman described the directive as a reflection of the renewed unity among APC stakeholders in Abaji and urged party faithful to work together to deliver victory for the party.
Chiya further emphasised the inclusive nature of the APC, describing it as a movement built on love, unity and care for the people.
He said the visit to Abaji was a homecoming, noting that Abaji is home to them and that the purpose was to reconnect with the people and strengthen existing relationships.
The presence of the children of Distinguished Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda during the visit, he said, further demonstrated the family-oriented nature of the engagement.
Chiya expressed optimism that, by God’s grace, the people would experience the dividends of good governance when the APC team is elected into office.
He also assured the APC executive that he would personally return to Abaji for further engagements with party members and the people, as part of efforts to strengthen his campaign and grassroots connection ahead of the election.
